Information about the refund process

Refund request period : from September 6th (Fri.) to 30th (Mon.), 2024

As previously announced, due to the impact of Typhoon No. 10, we have regrettably decided to cancel the ISLA DE SALSA 2024 event scheduled for Saturday. We sincerely apologize to everyone who was eagerly anticipating the event.

We will refund the cost of the tickets already purchased. If you wish, you can use your Saturday ticket to attend the event on Sunday. Please note that additional expenses (such as transportation, accommodation, or fees) will not be compensated. Please refer to the refund details below.

One-day Ticket for Saturday

In all cases, it will be necessary to present the purchased ticket. Please note that under no circumstances will refunds be given in case of ticket loss.

• • Purchased at Lawson or PIA (Seven-Eleven):
  Refunds will be issued at the same place where the ticket was purchased, from Friday, September 6, to Monday, September 30.
• • Purchased at the organizer's office (Tiempo):
  - Priority will be given to residents outside of Fukuoka for refunds on Saturday, August 31, starting at 17:30 at the Tiempo reception.
  - For residents in Fukuoka, refunds will be processed on the same day, Saturday, August 31, starting at 19:30 at the special reception located in front of the Tiempo elevator.
  
  Alternatively, refunds can be processed during the above-mentioned period at the organizer's office (Tiempo).
• • Purchased by bank transfer and those who live far away:
  Starting from Friday, September 6, please contact us at the following address, specifying the bank account to which you would like the refund to be sent. After mailing us the ticket stub, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Two-day Ticket

Only the amount of 3,500 yen, which corresponds to the price of the one-day ticket for the event held on September 1, will be refunded. In all cases, it will be necessary to present the ticket stub.

• • Purchased at Lawson or PIA (Seven-Eleven):
  Refunds will be issued at the organizer's office (Tiempo) reception from Friday, September 6, to Monday, September 30.
• • Purchased at the organizer's office (Tiempo):
  Refunds will be processed at the information desk at the festival site on Nokonoshima Island after 16:00 on Sunday.
  Alternatively, refunds can be processed during the above-mentioned period at the organizer's office (Tiempo).
• • Purchased by bank transfer and those who live far away:
  Starting from Friday, September 6, please contact us at the following address, specifying the bank account to which you would like the refund to be sent. After mailing us the ticket stub, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
