Special Project in Celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Festival
Let's Dance Rueda de Casino!

The Cuban-origin dance style "Rueda de Casino," where multiple pairs dance in a circle.
This playful dance involves dancers performing the same moves and frequently changing partners according to the leader's calls.

This year, marking the 25th anniversary, we will feature Rueda de Casino in the program on Saturday, August 31st. This event aims to bring salsa fans from all over the country together into one big rueda (circle) to dance, meet new people, create connections, and share the fun. It is going to be the maximum moment of celebration, it will be with the RUEDA that we will do with many people who come from different cities and countries.
Those who can dance, please join the rueda, and those who cannot, enjoy watching the big rueda.

How to participate in the Rueda

Please contact NPO Tiempo Iberoamericano.
Participation requirements: Basic knowledge of salsa (any level) and the ability to learn the moves from a video we will send in advance.

For residents of Fukuoka Prefecture:

TIEMPO will conduct practice sessions for the moves to be performed in the rueda on the day of the event on the following dates.
Individuals who wish to participate in the rueda should attend one of the lessons below. * Reservation required.
