Ticket Policy
If the festival is cancelled due to a force majeure such as bad weather:

We will refund your money at Tiempo Iberoamericano in exchange for your ticket.
[About refund]
An application is required for a refund. Note that the refund cannot be paid out the same day. Refunds will be processed only after the festival has concluded.
In the event that the festival is canceled, the detailed information about the refund process will be announced on this website.
Others:
- All attendees will be given a wristband at the entrance for easy identification. If you lose your wristband or do not have it on your wrist inside the festival grounds, security will ask you to show them half of the tickets that were given to you at the entrance as proof of purchase. themselves. If your wristband and entry ticket are lost after entering, you will not be able to remain in the venue. Therefore, please keep the ticket with you and do not lose the wristband until the festival is over.
- There is no refund for tickets that are lost or damaged.
- Any cancellation for personal reasons after payment of fee cannot be accepted.
Neither will the ticket be refunded in the case that the artist has been changed or cancelled, or in the case of a change of stage or performance hours. - Sale or transfer of tickets to another person for a profit is strictly prohibited.
