ISLA DE SALSA needs your helping hand!

As you know, our festival couldn’t exist without the help and collaboration of many. Distribution of flyers and posters, setting up the festival ground... here are many ways to help. If you are interested in giving us a hand and make this festival unforgettable, please contact us!

Venue Setup

Dates : Tuesday, September 15 – Friday, September 18, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Reserve day : Friday, September 18 (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
* Depending on the progress of the setup, work may also be required on Friday.
If you are available to help on Friday, please indicate this when submitting your application.

Who Can Apply : Anyone who is physically fit and comfortable with manual work. Volunteers of all genders are welcome.
Meeting Point : Please take the 8:15 AM ferry from Meinohama Port to Nokonoshima Island.
Volunteer Benefit : Volunteers who help with the venue setup for 6 hours or more will receive a complimentary admission ticket to ISLA DE SALSA on Saturday, September 19.

Festival Day Volunteers (September 19)

Volunteer duties include:
- Entrance reception and ticket checking
- Cloakroom service
- Visitor information
- Bungalow check-in assistance
- Beach bar and food & beverage stands
- Stage support
- Transportation assistance (for those who can drive)
- Venue setup and other operational support

Since many participants come from overseas, this is a great opportunity to use your English, Spanish, Korean, or Chinese language skills.

We also greatly appreciate volunteers who can help before the festival by distributing flyers and posters.

Working Hours: Approximately 7 – 8 hours

Requirements : Applicants should be able to communicate in Japanese for everyday conversation.

Volunteer Benefits : Volunteers who work approximately 7 – 8 hours will receive:

① Round-trip ferry ticket between Meinohama and Nokonoshima.
② Lunch.
③ Access to a volunteer rest area with complimentary bottled water.
④ Choose one of the following:
Plan A：ISLA DE SALSA commemorative T-shirt ＋ ¥1,000 coupon
Plan B：¥3,000 coupon
* Coupons can be used at TIEMPO or Sancho Panza.

[ Important ] If you choose Plan B (without the T-shirt), please wear a blue or blue-toned T-shirt on the day of the festival.
