As you know, our festival couldn’t exist without the help and collaboration of many. Distribution of flyers and posters, setting up the festival ground... here are many ways to help. If you are interested in giving us a hand and make this festival unforgettable, please contact us!

During the festival

Guide, Vehicle guidance, controlling the entrance tickets, venue cleaning, and support at the information counter.

** If you can give us a hand to distribute pamphlets and posters, or other help to carry out the festival, it would be a great support.

Benefits!

For those who work as volunteers for around 7 to 8 hours a day:
We cover the cost of a round-trip ferry ticket between Meinohama and Nokoshima.
Additionally, you will receive a one-day festival invitation or a commemorative T-shirt for the festival's 25th anniversary.
** The invitation is for another day when you are not volunteering.

For volunteers working both days, 7 to 8 hours each day:
We cover the cost of round-trip ferry tickets for two days between Meinohama and Nokoshima.
Additionally, you will receive a commemorative T-shirt for the festival's 25th anniversary, an original festival towel, and a 3,000 yen coupon to use at events organized by Tiempo or at the café restaurant SANCHO PANZA.
