This year, in addition to beach house meals, there will be food stands offering Spanish and Latin American cuisine, curry, sweets, as well as booths selling crafts and providing chiropractic services!

Until 2023, we ran an organic café in Ishigaki Island. Wanting to live in Fukuoka, we purchased a kitchen truck and started a food truck here, operating as a mobile café without generators to protect both the environment and health.
We offer organic food made with koji and free from chemical seasonings, as well as organic açaí bowls.

The shop name, Inbaya, comes from the Inbayas indigenous people of Ecuador.
We offer hats and indigenous crafts from Ecuador, as well as products from other Latin American countries such as Peru and Mexico.
